This is the start of my new healthy nutritional eating blog...  with a few splurge exceptions. I am learning it is better to try to eat healthy each day and when you fail, like falling off a bike, get right back on, don't wait for Monday!

So basically what I am doing is eating MORE FRUITS & VEGETABLES, and less animal products, and less processed foods. I am eating more tree nuts and natural foods. I am cutting down on oils too. My eldest daughter sat her Dad & I down to watch 'Fork over Knives' on Netflix. It is a great documentary, and was quite convincing. Needless to say, Hubby has lost over 20lbs since starting this new way of eating a few weeks ago, and I have lost 10. Not too shabby.

It can be fun and delicious, so I will be posting some of my favorites here for my viewers as well as for self motivation, when I need to come back in and look and say 'oh yeah, lets have this today!' :)
